I can't believe the summer is over.
It really was a great summer. I learned so much and definitely grew up a whole hell of a lot. I hate when people tell you that your high school years are the best years of your life. It makes it sound like the rest of your life is going to be complete and utter crap, but I'm beginning to wonder how I can possibly enjoy life more then I am right now. For one, I have the greatest friends. I couldn't imagine high school without any of them. It just wouldn't of been the same. There are so many awesome memories that I'm never going to forget that I formed in just four years.
More personally, thank you to Ashley, Crystalynn, Corey, Shelagh, Kaleigh, Caroline and Molly. My four years would DEFINITELY not of been the same if it had not been for you guys. We all had our fights but it's incredible to think that we all managed to stick together. I'm going to miss all of you so much. We had so much fun doing the stupidest things. I mean, even driving around Lowell was an EVENT, and how much am I going to miss just going to Barnes and Noble and reading stupid gossip magazines?
It feels like I just got to Lowell High. It's hard to think that I'm leaving for college this Sunday.
That's all for now. |

i haven't had a real update in a while. to tell the truth, i haven't really done anything that really warrants an update. but hey, whatever.
well, i saw "open water" and "napoleon dynamite". both were very good. i thought "open water" seemed really realistic and the end creeped me out. "napoleon dynamite" was hilarious. i can't wait for it to come out on dvd. or until lisa mails me a copy of her illegally downloaded version. also, i purchased "new york minute". totally classic. the olsen twins have created a masterpiece once again. i've watched so many movies lately. i still want to go see "garden state" in the worst way.
i leave for college september 5th. i have almost everything. i bought a laptop but i still need to get a television. i'm pretty anxious about the whole situation. it's scary but at the same time really exciting. my new e-mail address is jlatessa@student.umass.edu if you ever want to e-mail for whatever reason. i want to see everyone before i leave. i think a going away party is necessary (hint hint corey hint hint).
saturday was my last day at iparty. it was during the whole big storm and the lights went out and the alarm started going off, so we all had to go stand outside. we were out there for about 3 hours. we decided to make the best of it and they all brought me out a cake and we sat around while people drove by and asked if we were open. it was fun.
anyway, everyone hit up the cell. let's make plans before we all leave. |

Haha, tonight was greaaat!
Well, earlier today I got out of work at two, then Corey called and asked me if I wanted to go to the mall. So I'm like "okay, sure", so him and Katelyn pick me up. It was good seeing Katelyn, I haven't seen her since graduation. We did some much needed dorm room shopping. Corey and I got the COOLEST body length pillows. I also bought some great plastic plates and cups and a lamp. I can't wait! After that we went over Corey's house and then ate dinner at Sals.
Tonight, Corey, Kaleigh, Caroline, Lauren, and I all drove around.
Here are some highlights: - Going down Dudley Road. Kaleigh was screaming so loud, haha. It was hilarious. The poor innocent negro in our back seat was freaking out as we drove by the KKK house. - The shirtless drunk man on Stevens Street who tried to talk to us at the four way stop. WAY WEIRD. - The two fat ugly prostitutes who crossed in front of my car downtown. I beeped and Kaleigh gave them a piece of her mind. Hahaha. Way great. - Kaleigh talking about how she finds midgets to be the funniest things in the world. - While driving on Varnum Ave, where the speed limit is like 30, I was going 35+ and this girl was driving ON MY ASS. So I slowed down to like, 30MPH and she was getting REALLY pissed and started flashing her lights. She decided it would a genius idea to pass us over two solid lines. SO YEAH, there was NO way I was going to let her get around us. It was a thrill. haha.
GOODTIMES. I'm going to miss them... |

Good times tonight!
I worked until seven, which was pretty miserable. Then I caught up with Ashley and Corey, who has been away for a month. We headed up to Chili's and Ashley got some looks from some guys sitting at a table near us. It was funny. She was asking for it. Then we got out of there and took off to pick up the always hilarious Kaleigh Laventure in P-Ville. We drove around listening to some 13 year-old Jojo and Ashlee Simpson, of course. It was great. God bless Jesus, Mary, and Jojo, right Kaleigh? Haha, of course!
Alright, I have to go to bed. I have to wake up at like 7:30 to go to work for HALLOWEEN SET UP!! How retarded is that?! Halloween is still like 3 months away. Crap. Whatever, bed time. |

It's pretty late and I want to go to bed and read "The Goblet of Fire" immediately. But I've decided to update first. I'm not sure why considering I have nothing of any significance to tell you.
I saw "The Village" today with Ashley. I enjoyed it a lot. I'm kind of surprised that some critics aren't really liking the movie, because I really thought it was great. The whole atmosphere was really creepy, and the ending was great (if not a tad bit predictible). I recommend it.
Tonight I went out with Molly and we headed to Chilis. I got the lettuce wraps, very tasty. Afterwards we just rode around and listened to some Ashlee and Jojo. Molly spit. It was hilarious. I don't feel like elaborating.
That's my day. Here's a survey, read it.
( HEY A SURVEY, look at that. ) |

hello everyone!
i am at molly mccabe's house right now. she is in the bath room.
we just watched "bridget jones's diary" with renee zellwager. she is cool. molly thinks her boobs are really lucious.
earlier, we went to barnes and noble and read up on our current events, such as paris hilton and other really exciting stuff.
earlier, i went to the lowell folk festival. i went friday night, too, with ashley. at the revolving museum there is gigantic picture of me. i love it. HEY LAURA----from photography who lives in the highlands---there is also a gigantic picture of you hanging up on the wall and numerous pictures of you and me. I laughed when I saw them.
Aaanyway, I don't really have anything else to say and Molly is being really annoying and rude to me and continuously hitting me making me feel unwelcomed.
I have the day off from work tomorrow, if anyone would like to hang out feel free to call my cell phone. OOoh, Molly is now making me feel more welcomed. Hurrah!!
Ooook, I have to go home now. It is rather late? Molly's father is downstairs and making me feel uncomfortable. BYEEEE!!! OKay he left.
Goodbye friends, be sure to comment!! |

Today was eventful!
Ashley and I headed into Boston today. I picked her up at like, 10:50, was still half asleep and got on the 11:07 train, somehow. Waking up early is no fun. NONE. And the guy who sold us our tickets was a total ass and yelled at us for absolutely no reason besides being a complete lazy asshole. I hate him.
Anyway. Boston was quite fun. We walked around aimlessly for a bit and we bought some CDs at Newbury Comics and then Ashley went into H&M and bought a skirt. Then we headed over to Boston Common, walked around a bit and then went over to Newbury Street. We ended up at Urban Outfitters, where I bought some clothes and then talked to Mike, who I haven't seen in forever, for a while.
After Urban we headed down to TGIFridays and ate some much needed food and got rejuvenated. We headed back over to Boston Common, where I tried to make Ashley ride the swan boats but she refused, that bitch.
Aaanyway, then we went to Quincy Market and looked in the stores which was fun. We found this John Kerry store which was awesome. We were in there for like 20 minutes. After that we got ourselves some Starbucks and headed back to the train.
Very fun.
Afterwards we went home then headed back out and visited Crystalynn at work. It feels like I haven't seen her in years, which is weird. Then we went up to Barnes and Noble like usual and read some magazines with our frappachinos. Muy bueno.
And that was my day, and here are all the products I purchased in one convinient little picture, hurrah:

Yes, those are John Kerry playing cards. I know you are jealous. You can also pick out the Simple Life air freshener, which is ever so cool.
Anywho, work tomorrow 8:30-5, come visit. |

Hey everyone.
Nothing too exciting has been going on lately.
Let's see:
- Shelagh forced me to go see "A Cinderella Story" with her. Yes, that's the way I precisely remember it. It made me laugh. - I was suppose to go see "Anchorman" with Miss Molly last night but she blew me off and instead I went over Ashley's and watched both Harry Potters with her and Abby. - When I finish the book I'm reading now, I'm going to start "The Goblet of Fire". I can't wait. Then after that I'm going to read "The Order of the Phoenix". Then the new one comes out! - I won two Simple Life Air Fresheners off of eBay. I know you're jealous. They are going to make my car smell really good. - Sarah called last night and said she wanted to go to the movies this morning. - So, Ashley, Pat, Sarah, and I went and saw "Anchorman". It was hilarious. I laughed so hard. - Afterwards, we went to Panera and I got french onion soup in a bread bowl, only to realize that I'm not a huge fan of bread bowls because of the lack of soup. - Other than that, not much else has happened. - Tomorrow I'm heading down to Boston with Ashley and buying some clothes and, of course, "Autobiography". - I can't wait to start college.
That's pretty much all I have to say.
Oh yeah, if you want to work at iParty for a day on August 2nd, tell me. It'll be fun.
And that's it.
IM me. |

i want this:

With more than 352,900 seals beaten or shot to death, this year's Canadian seal hunt was the largest since 1971. The number of seals killed in the hunt, which began on November 15, 2003, exceeds the official quota of 350,000 set by Canada's Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO), but there have been no reports of punishment for this violation.
That's pretty depressing.
